Convenient location - super close to the town center, awesome views of the mountains. Just a quick 1 km away from Necropolis de Arteara 💫.

The staff were exceptional, great and fab location to the Yumbo shopping centre. The room was decent sized and recently refurbished, had an incredibly beautiful view.

The room was very big, clean and also the bathroom was very nice, especially the wellness area (it was cool for 2 days). There is a free beach bus. also to Maspalomas. We were very satisfied and will be happy to come back.

Due to the many vacationers it was a little loud during breakfast and dinner but you can eat in the garden. We found the buffet very tasty with a lot of choice.

This place offers modern, airy rooms with balconies, the staff is hard-working and efficient, and the facilities are great.

The room was newly decorated and everything was great. the units come with a balcony. - the building is incredibly clean. - Great location close to the Bull chain of hotels, the Front Desk, Restaurant, and the beach at Maspalomas.

Elevators are very slow - always wait very long - better not to take a room on the upper floors

Breakfast and dinner were beautiful

I spent the whole day at the beach then I wanted to rest after having dinner but unfortunately the band started playing about 8:30pm and finished at 11:45pm. It was very loud even on the 7th floor we could hear it. I think they should change the place or reduce the hours time.

My room had a nice little balcony that let in plenty of fresh air. the location was awesome, being pretty close to the Gran Canaria Casino 🎰.

The staff here are exceptionally nice and pleasant, making my stay really amazing and relaxing.

The rooms here are recently renovated and come with modern furnishings, including two single beds combined and spacious wardrobes.

best of all was the spacious surroundings and the close proximity of everything .

the only complaint i would have is not enough sunbeds

Overall, I had a great experience at Bull Eugenia Victoria & Spa in Playa del Ingles. the room was comfortable with a lovely balcony and free Wi-Fi, while the pool area was well-maintained. the hotel's prime location near various restaurants, shops, and the ocean made the stay even more enjoyable.

We liked the price-performance ratio very much.

The range of vegetarian dishes is somewhat limited.

The setting was superb for relaxation and the Spa provided a welcome and restful hour after a day of sunbathing.

There wasn't sufficient sun beds mainly because people put out towels in the early morning and then disappeared for most of the day.
